Special thanks to Mr. Ram Chandra Thapa, he made our stay amazing and memorable, he was so cooperative, soft spoken and is professional asset to the mena resort and that's great that mena has such outstanding staff, thanks to all.

Reception staff were good. Room service was not good, cleaning staff didn't clean the room. Buffet staff wasn't professional. Needs improvement and better service.
